Make your breasts bigger with bust exercises

Unfortunately there is no magic formula that will magically make your beasts bigger; what there is however are bust exercises that aid the appearance of the breasts making them look bigger and perkier.

Is it possible to make your breasts bigger?

Breasts are made up of fatty tissue and adipose tissue and breast size depends primarily on how much fat your body stores in these tissues. This differs in everyone and is determined by a number of factors including weight, age, health and genetics. Besides maintaining a healthy weight, these factors are all out of our control. One thing we can have an effect on however is the pectoral muscle, which is located underneath the breasts. This muscle plays an important role in the perkiness of the breasts and therefore the overall appearance of them. Through toning up the pectoral muscles, you can make your breasts bigger in appearance through increasing the firmness, perkiness and improving the shape. The following exercises, when performed 2-3 times a week with up to 3 sets and up to 15 reps a set will create noticeable improvements towards your aim to make you breasts bigger.

A variation on the push up

In order to do the first exercise that will start you on the way to make your breast bigger, you need to lie on the floor on your stomach. With your knees left on the floor bend your legs so that your feet are in the air and cross your ankles. Place the palm of your hands on the floor, in line with your shoulders (in a position resembling the traditional push up). To perform the exercise, simply push your body off of the floor by straightening your arms, which should result in you balancing on your palms and knees. Always keep your chin tucked in and tighten the abdominal muscles. Bend your elbows so that your body moves towards the floor but don’t let your chest touch the ground. At the lowest point the angle inside between the elbows should be 90 degrees. Push back up without allowing the elbows to lock at the top and repeat the process.

Press a soup can

This is another effective exercise that will help to make your breasts bigger. First of all position yourself on the floor, lying on your back with the soles of your feet flat on the floor. Use a dumbbell or soup can as a cheaper alternative, one in each hand. Push your hands straight up into the air so they are completely out stretched above your shoulders and palms facing outwards. Keep your chin pointing down towards your chest. Slowly lower your arms until your elbows reach the floor so your upper arms are flat against it. Repeat the process each time being sure not to let your elbows lock as you straighten your arms and keep your shoulders firmly on the floor. As the exercise becomes less challenging, increase the weights in your hands.

Incline fly

Another popular bust exercise that can make your breasts bigger is the incline fly. Lie on the floor on your back with your head, neck and upper back resting on some pillows. The line of your spine should be at natural as possible, neither flat or arched and your chin should be against your chest to align your neck with your spine. Rest your upper arm to the elbows on the floor away from your body so they are inline with your shoulders. With a dumbbell or soup can in each hand push your arms straight up into the air without allowing the elbows to lock.
