Other serious conditions that the substance helps to prevent include heart disease and disorders of the liver. It additionally helps to lower bad cholesterol levels and prevent the formation of abnormal blood clots. All of these are additional health benefits a long with its fat burning abilities. Drinking green tea is a great addition to ones diet, whether drinking it for its fat burning properties or not. It is calorie free and thirst quenching.
