A-C

The first on the list of causes of fatigue is adrenal fatigue. Dehydration is another of the common causes of fatigue. Our brain requires a large proportion of water so when dehydration occurs a number of conditions can arise including depression, anxiety, confusion, headaches and fatigue. Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeinated drinks.

Eyestrain such as that caused by staring at computer screen for long period of time can lead to fatigue. There are exercises that can be done in order to reduce these effects.

G-I

Grief, whatever it is due to can lead to severe fatigue. Try to keep up daily routine and stay in contact with friends and family, despite the urge to become isolated.

Hypersensitivity is a common condition that affects about 20% of the population and is one of the causes of fatigue.
