This doesn’t mean that you suddenly have to cut out all the things you love to eat and changes to your diet will be more effective if it is a gradual and permanent process. You will find it much easier to continue eating a healthier diet this way rather than suddenly eating all new and healthy foods. You will quickly begin to crave and miss items, causing you to prematurely end a brief healthy eating spree.
