The 3 Day Diet Plan - A Meal Guide

As its name suggests, the 3 day diet plan is meant to be followed for 3 consecutive days each time it is begun. If followed properly, you could actually lose a maximum of 10 pounds within those 3 days or 40 pounds within an entire month. In general, the 3 day diet plan doesn’t use any pills or disgusting shakes. Instead, it uses natural products and mixes certain kinds of foods together to make your body’s digestive system react in a certain way. This is supposed to increase your overall metabolism and, in turn, help burn fat much faster. Naturally, after following this 3 day diet plan, you shouldn’t go back to your old eating habits just yet. Wait another 3 days before you do so and, above all things, don’t overeat.

Remember:

this diet is about the calories, not the food. This means that you will lose a lot of fat if you eat enough calories, regardless of what kind of food you choose to eat. This also means that you can replace any of the food that you eat at anytime, provided the replacement has the same amount of calories in it. This ensures that you will never get sick of the 3 day diet plan. How it works: Before this diet can work for you, you have to make sure that you drink four glasses of diet soda or water a day. If you need more flavor in your meals, feel free to add soy sauce, herbs, lemon, pepper, salt, vinegar, mustard, ketchup or Worcestershire sauce as seasoning for your foods anytime.

The Meal Guide:

Day One:

Breakfast: – water, tea or black coffee – a banana – a slice of toast with peanut butter

Lunch: – water, tea or black coffee – half a cup of tuna – a slice of toast

Dinner: – water, tea or black coffee – a banana – half a cup of carrots – half a cup of cabbage or broccoli – two hot dogs – half a cup of ice cream (preferably vanilla)

Day Two:

Breakfast: – water, tea or black coffee – any kind of egg – half a grapefruit – a slice of toast

Lunch: – water, tea or black coffee – one hard-boiled egg – a slice of toast

Dinner: – water, tea or black coffee – one medium-sized apple – a cup of carrots – a cup of green beans – three ounces of lean meat – half a cup of ice cream (preferably vanilla)

Day Three:

Breakfast: – water, tea or black coffee – one apple – a slice of cheese – five pieces of saltine crackers (the regular kind)

Lunch: – water, tea or black coffee – five pieces of saltine crackers (the regular kind) – a cup of tuna

Dinner: – five pieces of saltine crackers (the regular kind) – a cup of carrots – a cup of tuna – a cup of melon – a cup of cauliflower – half a cup of ice cream (preferably vanilla)
