Side Effects of NoXplode or No Explode Muscle Building Formula

NoXplode muscle building formula is also known as No Explode or NoXplode 2.0. This is meant to be drunk before a workout to help provide more energy for the workout. This nutritional supplement contains caffeine, B complex vitamins, creatine, calcium, folic acid and L-arginine to help the body make nitric oxide. Like any other nutritional supplement, No Explode can cause some bothersome or harmful side effects.

Insomnia or Difficulty Falling Asleep

The combination of caffeine and B vitamins like vitamin B6 can certainly provide a quick burst of energy. However, it can also keep the body stimulated hours after a dose. This can make it very difficult to fall asleep. Some people are far more sensitive to caffeine than others and may not be able to handle the caffeine in No Explode bodybuilding formulas. They may suffer from one of several types of insomnia such as not being able to get back to sleep after sleeping a couple of hours.

Energy Crash

Although large doses of caffeine are an effective means to gain quick energy, it is only food for the short-term. The energy provided burns up quickly, leaving the person tired. This is often described as an “energy crash.” People can become physically dependent on No Explode after taking it regularly for as little as four months. People that suddenly stop taking NoXplode find it very difficult to gain the energy they once had for exercise. Their bodies have become used to needing large doses of caffeine, vitamin B6 and creatine in order to perform.

Digestive Embarrassments

Some people experience noticeable gastrointestinal side effects from this nutritional supplement. Sometimes these effects are temporary but if they do not go away after a week, stop taking No Explode and talk to your doctor. These symptoms include, but are not limited to:

  • Increase in flatulence
  • Flatulence becoming smellier than usual
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Stomach or abdominal cramps.

Headaches

This is another side effect that sometimes goes away after a few days. These headaches vary from mild tension-type headaches to full-blown migraines. Anyone that gets a migraine from caffeine should avoid NoXplode products because if the caffeine content. Some people may experience dizziness with the headaches or migraines, especially if their blood pressure drops soon after taking NoXplode.

Blood Pressure Changes

While some people have a drop in blood pressure and others have no changes to their blood pressure, some other people will have their blood pressure suddenly shoot skyward. Anyone diagnosed with hypertension or high blood pressure should ask their doctors if it is safe for them to take NoXplode. L-arginine helps the body make a gas called nitric oxide, which in turn helps improve circulation. It does this by making the walls of blood vessels relax to allow a higher volume of blood to pass through. If high blood pressure is left untreated, eventually it will cause serious damage to the internal organs.

Increase in Urination

Most people will urinate more often because of NoXplode. This can put a strain on the kidneys. This is one of the reasons why this product should only be taken for 12 weeks at a time, with periods of “rest” in between to rest the kidneys.
